We're changing our name :)

We're excited to announce that we're changing our name to Sonlet! We'll be moving to the web address Sonlet.com on January 15. After that date, anyone that visits ShopTheRoe.com will be automatically redirected to Sonlet.com.

Note for existing users: No user action is required. All user data will be preserved automatically through the name change. The only thing changing is our logo and URL. The change will be completely transparent to our users. See the FAQ below for more details.

Why are you changing your name?

We've had a lot of interest from former users who are selling for other Direct Sales companies who would like to continue using our platform to run their small business. LuLaRoe has also expressed concern that our current name and branding could cause confusion. Having a more generic name will make it easier for us to support even more great clothing boutiques with our software while continuing to support all of our wonderful friends and teammates that run LuLaRoe boutiques.

When will the name change be happening?

We will begin introducing minor branding and name changes (like switching the logo) on January 15, 2018.

What will happen to my account?

Nothing. You can continue to use your account as you normally do. After January 15, anyone that visits ShopTheRoe.com will automatically be redirected to Sonlet.com for 90 days, while everyone gets to know our new name.

What will happen to my photos and claim links on Facebook?

All of your existing ShopTheRoe claim links on Facebook will continue to work correctly until April 15, 2018. If you still have inventory posted to Facebook with ShopTheRoe claim links on April 1, 2018, we’ll encourage you to remove ShopTheRoe.com claim links and repost the items with Sonlet.com claim links.

What will happen to my party links?

All of your existing ShopTheRoe party links will work as they normally do until January 15, 2018. After January 15, we’ll automatically redirect anyone that visits a party link to the same page on our new domain Sonlet.com until April 15, 2018. For example, shoppers that visit https://shoptheroe.com/party/1209829139p/ will be automatically redirected to https://sonlet.com/party/1209829139p/. On April 1, 2018, we’ll encourage you to remove ShopTheRoe.com party links and repost your new Sonlet.com party links.

Will anything change with my Credit Card billing?

No. You will continue to be billed as normal on your credit card, debit card, or paypal account each month. You may notice that the billing statement on your credit card will change from Directang*ShopTheRo to Directangular*Sonlet.

Will anything change with the mobile apps or other services that are integrated with my ShopTheRoe.com account?

We will be reaching out to each of the developers that integrate with ShopTheRoe to let them know of our domain name change to ensure that they continue to work as expected.

I already use PopItUp.com for my clothing boutique, will anything be changing with PopItUp.com?

PopItUp.com will continue to support all direct sales companies as it does now. We’ll begin to introduce new enterprise and back office features to PopItUp like global inventory management and white labeling, so that direct sales companies can provide all of PopItUp’s awesome consultant tools to their consultants directly. We’ll also continue to enhance PopItUp to make it work for more types of direct sales companies, adding features for cosmetics and skin care boutiques and jewelry boutiques.
